Frequently asked questions
When will my card be manufactured?
As soon as you complete your profile in the dashboard. Manufacturing takes 3 to 5 business days, then the card is shipped to you.
My phone doesn't react to NFC?
Try the QR Code on the back of the card. If you have an iPhone, check that NFC is enabled (Settings → NFC).
How do my contacts leave me their details?
After scanning your card, they see your profile and can choose to share their info via a simple form. It's optional and GDPR compliant.
Can I modify my profile after receiving the card?
Yes, as many times as you want! Changes are instant. Even if you've distributed 1000 cards, they will all display your new information.
