How does an NFC business card work?

The NFCard uses NFC (Near Field Communication) technology that allows contactless data exchange. Simply bring your card close to your contact's smartphone (within 5cm) and your profile instantly appears in their browser. No app needed. The card also includes a backup QR Code for phones without NFC.

What is automatic lead capture?

Unlike a traditional card, NFCard automatically captures your contacts' information. When someone scans your card and views your profile, they can choose to share their details (name, email, phone, company). This information is immediately saved in your NFCard dashboard, building a qualified prospect database. It's GDPR compliant: the contact explicitly consents to sharing their data.

Can I modify my information after receiving my card?

Yes, this is one of NFCard's major advantages! Your information can be changed anytime from your personal online space. You can update your name, title, phone numbers, emails, social networks, profile photo, etc. Changes are instant: no need to reprint your cards. Even if you've distributed 1000 cards, they'll all show your new information.

Does the NFCard work with all smartphones?

The NFC chip works with all recent smartphones (iPhone XS and later, and most Android devices since 2018). For phones without NFC or older models, a QR Code is also present on the card. Simply scan this QR Code with the phone's camera to access the profile. Result: 100% compatibility guaranteed.

Is my data secure and GDPR compliant?

Absolutely. NFCard is 100% GDPR compliant. Your data is hosted in France on secure servers. During lead capture, the contact explicitly consents to sharing their details via a mandatory checkbox. You have the right to modify, export, and delete your data at any time. Our privacy policy details all our practices.

What are NFCard's prices?

NFCard offers 3 plans: Starter (€49 excl. tax one-time payment) for freelancers with 1 card and lifetime online profile; Standard (€49/month excl. tax) for teams up to 100 people with multi-user management (cards at €49 excl. tax/unit extra); Pro (€99/month excl. tax) for large companies up to 1000 people with priority support (cards at €49 excl. tax/unit extra). Subscriptions include unlimited profile modifications and unlimited lead capture.

How long does delivery take?

NFCard cards are manufactured in France and shipped within 3-5 business days after your data validation on your dashboard. Standard delivery takes an additional 2-3 days. You'll receive a tracking email upon shipment. For urgent orders, contact us to find an express solution.

Can I order cards for my entire team?

Yes, our Standard and Pro plans are designed for teams. You create a company account that allows you to manage all your employees' profiles from a single admin dashboard. You can create, modify, and deactivate profiles, order additional cards, and view global lead capture statistics for your organization.

What happens if I lose my NFC card?

Your NFCard profile remains accessible even if you lose your physical card. You can immediately order a new card from your client area, and it will be linked to the same profile with all your information and lead history. While waiting for the new card, you can share your profile via the direct link or downloadable QR Code from your dashboard.

Can I customize my card design?

The Pro plan includes custom features on request. For the Starter plan, we offer a standard professional design with your name. Contact us to discuss your specific customization needs.
