The #1 use case: Google reviews

Getting Google reviews is the lifeblood of any restaurant. The problem: when a happy customer leaves, they mean to write a review… but forget. The NFC card on the table, at the coffee or bill moment, catches the impulse while it's there.

One tap → your restaurant's Google Maps page opens directly on the "Leave a review" section. No searching, no downloading, no logging in. The conversion rate is incomparable to a simple "please leave us a review."

We also have a dedicated page for this use case: NFC card to collect Google reviews →

Frequently asked questions

How do you use an NFC card in a restaurant?

The NFC card sits on the table or at the counter. The customer taps their phone and is instantly redirected to whatever you want them to see: your online menu, your Google page to leave a review, your reservation page, your Instagram. You configure the destination from your NFCard dashboard and can change it anytime.

Can an NFC card replace a paper menu?

Yes. You point the NFC card to your online menu URL (PDF, website, OpenTable, etc.). When your menu changes, you update the link in 30 seconds from your dashboard — no reprinting required.

How many NFC cards do I need for my restaurant?

Generally 1 card per table is enough. For a 20-table restaurant, that's 20 cards at €49 each with the Standard plan (€49/month subscription). Some restaurant owners also place them at the counter and entrance.

Are NFC cards durable enough for restaurant use?

PVC cards are resistant to moisture and daily wear. For intensive table use, we recommend the white PVC or black wood format — both are durable and look great on a table.
